st version of himself with each career move. Michael got into the real estate industry as a property manager years ago. He started by maintaining properties and slowly progressed to helping landlords acquire tenants through word of mouth, then helping negotiate leases, rent rolls, etc. His relationships with the tenants and landlords made him want to become a realtor. Michael is a people person and loves helping people. What makes Michael different as a realtor is that he has personally built homes from the ground up and renovated many residential and commercial properties. He is intimately familiar with the processes involved in building and renovating a property, such as dealing with building codes, violation removal, hiring subcontractors, sourcing materials, etc. This expertise helps him guide his clients and empower their decisions. Michael feels real estate is not a one-size-fits-all; every person and situation is unique, and he treats them as such. There is more to advertising than merely putting up a for-sale sign that sells a house. Being a business owner has honed Michael's organizational, organizational, and leadership skills. Meeting with sellers, pre-qualifying prospective buyers, setting up open houses, arranging home inspections, dealing with appraisals, and making and receiving countless calls & emails are all part of a day's work. Michael lives in Queens, Brooklyn, and will always be his heart. He is the proud father of two great boys and stepfather to a terrific girl. Family life is vital to him. Michael is also a pet owner and a massive supporter of animal rescue groups. Doing right by people and animals drives him.
