These are the kinds of closings I love most. 🏡 Today Mason & Amber closed on their first home in Heath, and I couldn’t be happier for them!

There’s something so meaningful about helping buyers step into that first chapter of homeownership — the excitement, the nerves, the dreams, and all the plans for what’s next.

They were referred to me by a friend from high-school, which made this one even sweeter, and I’m always so thankful for the trust that comes with referrals from people who know me personally. 💕

Now the fun begins… they’re taking the next month to remodel before moving in, and I already can’t wait to see how they make it their own. ✨

Congratulations, Mason & Amber! Your future home is already full of promise. Celebrate 🎉🏡

🎉 Closing Day in Frazeysburg! 🏡

So excited for Austin & Crystal as they officially purchased their very first home today! They were referred to me by my kiddos piano teacher… who also happened to be my high-school choir teacher. Small world moments like that make this job extra special! 🥰

Helping first-time buyers step into homeownership is always such a blessing — and I’m so grateful they trusted me to guide them through the process.

Big thank you to:
✨ Michele Hunter (Berkshire Hathaway) for a smooth co-op
✨ Kyle LeDuc with Reel Home Loans — always fantastic to work with

Congratulations, Austin & Crystal! Welcome home 🏠

This right here is why I love keeping my real estate business close and relationship-based. ⏬️

When friends trust me to help their kids buy their first home, it never feels routine. It feels personal. It feels meaningful.

Referrals like this truly mean the world to me. Thank you for the trust — I don’t take it lightly. 🏠

❄️ 12+ inches of snow later… and suddenly Florida feels very appealing! 😅☀️

If this weather has you questioning your life choices, you’re not alone. 😂 If you’re ready to trade snow boots for flip flops, I can help.🌴

Happy New Year, y’all!
21 days into the new year that is… because you know — life, school cancellations, and all the things! 😊

I’m still a licensed Realtor with eXp Realty, just working in a more intentional, simplified way these days. I focus on helping a small number of people at a time — mostly friends, family, and referrals — so I can be very hands-on and present with each client.

If you’re thinking about buying or selling, I’d be honored to work with you. And if you ever have questions, need advice, or know someone who could use help, I’m always happy to chat or point them in the right direction. No pressure, ever. 🏠
