I’ve moved brokerages…and understandably, I’ve been getting a few questions.

Am I on my own? Did I become a broker? What is Real? What’s Southern Legacy Group?

So I thought it was time to officially share a little more about this next chapter.

Here’s the most important part: when it comes to serving my customers, I’m still the same Realtor I’ve been for the last 12 years. Same local knowledge, same hands-on approach, same commitment to doing everything I can to help my buyers and sellers.

What has changed is what I have surrounding me.

I’m now with Real Broker, where I’ve found the technology, training, mentorship, collaboration, and community I was looking for as I continue to grow.

I’m also proud to be part of Southern Legacy Group—six agents currently serving communities across North and North Central Florida, from Chiefland to Live Oak to right here with Sondra and me in Lake Butler and Starke. It's always the one you think will be easy that fights you the whole way… and this listing was no exception.

But I had amazing sellers who trusted the process with me. When things got hard, we didn't panic, we pivoted. We adjusted strategy, stayed flexible, and kept working until we found the right buyer for this home.

This sale wasn't easy. It pushed me to work harder, dig deeper, and show up for my sellers in ways that mattered. Because at the end of the day, getting my sellers results is the whole goal — not just a listing on the market, but a closed deal and new owners with keys in hand.
