Faith Pulis Realtor I am excited to announce my Realtor affiliation with Engel & Volkers in Newburyport, MA and Brunswick, ME.

Licensed in both Maine and Massachusetts, I specialize in waterfront & vacation properties in Newburyport, Southern Maine and Mount Desert Island. I feel very fortunate to have both lived in and raised my family in Concord. Not only was I one of three generations to attend Concord-Carlisle High School, I am proud to write I am one of four generations who worked in the family business started by my

grandparents in the 1950’s. Prior to my career in real estate, I served as Marketing Director, General Manager, Vice President, CEO and President for 25+ years in my family’s business, Camp Thoreau and The Thoreau Club. I am proud of my business experience, organizational and problem solving skills, passion for leading with kindness and joy, and my proven talent for achieving each client’s unique vision. In 2014, I was recognized by The Warren Group, in conjunction with Massachusetts Family Business magazine, the New England Family Business Conference and the Family Business Association, as an “Outstanding Women of Family Business”. I also served on several committees and boards including Camp Beech Cliff in Maine (founded by my grandparents), and Concord’s Emerson Hospital Auxiliary Run~Walk for Cancer, where I served as co-chair for 5 years. As a native Concordian, I appreciate the families and entrepreneurs, past and present, who have embraced our community's small village culture and have made Concord their home. Thousands of Concord area residents can attest to my love of this town, its history and its setting. When I'm not helping friends turn their homes into sanctuaries, my two Corgis and I can be found wandering in the woods taking photographs or organizing a themed dinner and wine tasting. I am also an avid hiker, backpacker and amateur water color painter.
