Lending professional Kelby Long, has shared samples of financing sheets to show buyers what’s possible. This is FHA with 3.5% down.

Something to know when looking at these sheets, is that there is always room for negotiation within an offer. We are seeing a high probability of Seller’s paying some amount towards Buyer’s concessions.

As much as we’d all love to see a significant rate drop (pandemic type rates 🤪), it doesn’t look like that’s in our future. But stability in the real estate world is a good thing.
