Congratulations to my buyer on purchasing their first home in New Milford and starting an exciting new chapter!

Like many first-time buyers, they had a price point in mind and didn’t want to go over it. The challenge was that staying at that number would have meant losing out on the home they loved.

After inspections, buyers typically bring in specialists for further evaluations and repair quotes. From there, negotiations may include:
