✨ Pending Sales: ↑ 10.46%
✨ Median Sales Price: ↑ 5.12% year-over-year to $388,950
📉 Settled Sales: ↓ 1.69%
📉 New Construction Sales: ↓ 13.93%

The increase in active listings means buyers had more homes to choose from, while homes also spent a little more time on the market; giving buyers more opportunity to consider their options.
