Hey everyone, I wanted to take a second to properly introduce myself.

My name’s Matthew Bates. I’m 32, live in Greenbrier with my wife and our two kids, and when I’m not working you’ll usually find me hunting, fishing, or riding dirt bikes.

Professionally, I’m an entrepreneur, investor, licensed general contractor, and licensed home inspector. I’ve been investing in real estate and working in construction for nearly a decade, and I’ve developed a real passion for helping people make smart, well-informed investment decisions.

My experience spans:

• Land investments for development, hunting, and agricultural use
• Construction, rehabs, and property evaluations

I love talking investment strategy, business, and long-term wealth building, and I’m especially passionate about building solid relationships with clients and investors.
