After a lot of careful consideration, we’ve decided that being a real estate agent just isn't hard enough. So, we are officially rebranding to complexiHŌM.

Effective immediately, we are introducing mandatory desk fees, daily franchise fees, and a brand new "office oxygen fee." We are also shutting down our 60-minute commission payouts and transitioning to a strict 45-day waiting period. Finally, we are removing all Transaction Coordination support—from now on, you will be required to submit all of your compliance files via fax machine or carrier pigeon.

Just kidding. Happy April Fools’ Day.

The truth is, the traditional real estate industry already feels like a bad April Fools' joke sometimes. Between the hidden fees, the lack of support, the complicated commission splits, and the endless administrative hurdles, agents are constantly waiting for the punchline.
