The Hills at River View A private community of luxury townhouses with water views, wooded hills and natural scenery. Only a mile off I–395 in Norwich, Connecticut.

The Hills at River View is on 43 acres of wooded landscape overlooking the scenic Shetucket River. The Hills at River View are spacious townhouse apartments that offer two and three bedrooms with an open floor plan designed with large windows facing the river. Kitchens feature granite counter tops and brand new energy efficient appliances, including glass top stoves with built-in microwave hoods.

The complex offers a pool, fitness center, open community lawns, pet park and playground. The Hills’ sits on Route 97, one mile from Interstate 395, making its location one of the most convenient in the city. The neighborhood is approximately 10 minutes from downtown Norwich, the Otis Public Library and Mohegan Park. The Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods Resort casinos, both feature big name entertainment, shows, comedy acts and gaming areas, are within 15 minutes. The Hills are within minutes of major shopping and restaurants, including Wal-Mart, Target, Kohl’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Ruby Tuesday and Panera Bread.
