Time Capsule Ceremony
Thursday, July 16th

Over the past several weeks, St. Jude Common residents and staff have celebrated this historic anniversary in many ways.
Today they celebrate and dedicate this Time Capsule to the current, past and future residents of St. Jude. The culmination of so many wonderful events, memories, and contributions coming together to celebrate this important moment in time.
Residents reflected in their lives, shared memories, offered words of wisdom, and contributed items of importance that they wanted to share with the future generation of residents.
The Time Capsule contains written stories along with special mementos and personal items. It also offers a glimpse of what life at St Jude Common is like in 2026. Many of the items have been displayed over the past month, and is our hope that when the capsule is opened in 2076, the residents of that time will feel connected to us and know we are thinking of them.

Many thanks to Board of Director President Jim Cronin, Cathy Osten, Administrator Chris Longo, RSC Manuela Vasquez and all helping hands that made this event a success.

Words of wisdom
“At St. Jude, friendships are formed, bonds are made and memories are created, shared and held dear. We’re proud to have fostered these same values in our tenure. We are equally proud and pleased to pass on St Jude as a place one could call home to future generations.”
-Jim Cronin
