Screaming CONGRATULATIONS to my sellers! This one was one for the books. This property was the home of my client's mother. After she passed away from cancer they decided to rent it and keep a piece of her close to them.

Fast forward 10 years later, it was time to sell. Tenants were given notice. All seemed fine, until they left. Then the real work began, that involved a big dumpster and a couple of crews to clean up. Who leaves that much stuff?

We get the home ready and it's on the market! We are under contract in 6 days. YAY!!! We are moving along, then came some obstacles. We had a break-in and an issue with a neighbor. The police were called. Cameras were installed. The appraisal was late. A paperwork delay. An insurance mixup. Closing was postponed THREE times and out a couple of weeks. But we overcame all those obstacles and closed yesterday. It was bittersweet to let go, but there were smiles all around.
