I’ve spent years helping people look at homes through several different lenses — design, new construction, function, investment and future resale.

So I’m opening a limited number of appointments for Home + Resale Consulting alongside my real estate business.

This is not full-service interior design. Think of it as having an experienced set of eyes help you make confident decisions before you spend money.

I can help with:

• Paint colors + whole-house color palettes, inside and out
• Wallpaper + finish selections
• New construction + renovation plan review
• Design updates + room refreshes
• What to invest in — and what to skip
• Resale-focused improvement advice
• Lighting, flooring, hardware + finish selections — especially when you have no idea where to start or where to look

For new construction and renovations, I can also review plans with you from a function, design and future resale perspective — looking at room layouts, furniture placement, storage, lighting, cabinetry, flow and finish selections before changes become expensive, or before you choose something that dates your home before it’s even finished.

For clients wanting a more extensive, comprehensive design experience — including furnishings, sourcing or a full-scale interior design project — I’m also proud to recommend my friend and designer, Beth Sink with Claude & Coy Interiors.
