I took time away to unplug and reset, creating space to slow down and realign personally and spiritually. Relaxing time by the pool, peaceful moments at a treehouse, and quiet reflection at home helped me step back and think more clearly. Sharing that time with Allie McKinnon - Calesa added meaningful perspective. Friendship that shows up, speaks truth, and encourages real connection strengthens how I lead, how I serve, and how I show up in my work. Returning centered allows me to move forward with intention and clarity.

Last week’s Florida Realtors Annual Convention and Trade Expo was packed with collaboration, learning, and fresh perspective. I enjoyed connecting with fellow realtors and diving deeper into AI and goal setting.

Three standout speakers for me were Matt Scoletti - Livin the Dream, who shared powerful insight on performance under pressure, Debbie Peterson - Professional Speaker, who delivered The Readiness Reset which offered a clear path from overwhelmed to on track, and Jones Loflin, who spoke on what to do when there is too much to do.

Feeling motivated to put these insights into action.
