Underneath all of that, it's still an RV pad. Standard 50-amp plug, regular water and sewer hookup. A cottage with real-home finishes, next to the water parks and amenities these properties already built — Kraeuter's own description of parks that have "amazing amenities" but empty sites able to convert.
The case for why the math works: a premium accommodation doesn't compete with a pad site. It competes with hotels, Airbnbs, and VRBOs.
