Congratulations to the Riffl's on their purchase of this prime oceanfront condo in the ever-popular Golden Sands building.

The Riffl's vacationed in Ocean City over the Summer, had a great time and decided they would like to have a place of their own.

We met to discuss their ideal property and then set them up with a customized listing portal that put their property search on auto-pilot and kept them up-to-date on the Ocean City oceanfront real estate market.

Once they identified several properties of I interest I set-up private showings of the properties for them. As we toured all of the condos we also toured the respective building's amenities.

When the right opportunity became available we moved decisively and were able to secure a good overall value on of the Golden Sands' best condos.

After looking at oceanfront condos throughout the Winter and Spring, the Schline's purchased an oceanfront condo in the popular Sandpiper Dunes building in early June.

Then the White Rock condo got on their radar ...

The White Rock condos are some of the most desirable oceanfront condos in all of Ocean City that rarely come on the market - large and open floor-plans, awesome views and a prime North Ocean City location.

Selling a home in coastal Maryland involves a lot more than taking good photos and putting it on the MLS.

Good marketing pulls a lot of things together at once.

It’s knowing what buyers in the area care about, understanding which features deserve the spotlight, having a network of agents and local connections to get the word out and using social media to show the home in a way that feels bigger than a listing page.

That’s where the strategy comes in.

Because a buyer might first notice the home because of the kitchen, the yard, the location or one small detail that finally makes them stop scrolling.

My job is to know what those details are, how to highlight them and how to keep building interest around the home once it hits the market.
