Staying productive while doing my best to enjoy the last remnants of Summer ...

📍 Seller Representation for Golden Sands #1102 - this condo was listed with another Broker for close to two years with no offers. We had it under-contract in 13 days with a good overall deal for the Seller.

📍 Seller Representation for Sandpiper Dunes #305 - multiple offers generated that were leveraged to secure an attractive deal for the Sellers.

📍 Seller Representation for Sea Bird #301 - this was a rental property with limited showing availability. Sound marketing and pricing strategies are imperative in these types of situations. Our strategies resulted in multiple offers that were leveraged to produce an attractive, above-market deal for the Sellers.

📍 Buyer Representation for White Rock #203 - this is one of Ocean City's trophy oceanfront condos. As such, it was generating a lot of interest and activity.
