Then he wasted absolutely NO time filing for Workman’s Comp. 🏥💰😂

And now?! He’s moved on to destroying company equipment. 🤦‍♀️🤣

At this point, I’m starting to think Prancer may not be employee-of-the-month material. 🐶😂

His performance review is NOT looking good… but unfortunately, management thinks he’s too cute to fire. 🐾❤️

🏡 BUT… if you’re looking to BUY or SELL a home, he may suddenly find the energy to clock back in and get some work done! 😂

Apparently real estate leads are the only thing that can motivate this employee. 🏠🐶📞

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Joe King and soaking up so many words of wisdom! 💕

One thing he said really stuck with me because it speaks directly to how I want to show up in this business:

“If you’re selling, you’re doing it wrong. If you’re helping, then you’re winning!”

YES. 👏 This is exactly it.

Real estate has never just been about selling homes to me. It’s about helping people, building relationships, solving problems, and being someone my clients know they can count on.

Realistically… yes, in many areas we are! 🙌 Buyers may have more inventory to choose from, more negotiating power, and a little more breathing room when making decisions.

BUT — and this is a big but — real estate is LOCAL. 📍

There are still “pockets” throughout Northern Utah where certain neighborhoods, price points, and types of homes are behaving much more like a seller’s market. 🔥
