Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency - OHFA congratulates Express Group of Companies as they cut the ribbon on the 180-unit Portland Place Apartments today.

OHFA Board of Trustees chairman Mike Buhl joined members of the housing development staff in the celebration. OHFA provided Multifamily Bonds, Affordable Housing Tax Credits, and National Housing Trust Funds to make development possible.

Exciting progress is happening at Portland Place as key community amenities take shape. Residents will soon enjoy a community pool with modern lounge seating, welcoming common areas, a playground, and a basketball court all thoughtfully designed to support connection, convenience, and quality living.
