Construction continues to rise at Rose Creek Apartments! 🏗️

Crews are making great progress across both buildings, including structural frame, truss installation, and preliminary rough in of plumbing and fire lines throughout the property!

It’s exciting to see each phase come together as this community continues taking shape.

We appreciate all of the teams and our partners helping move this development forward and look forward to sharing more updates soon!

Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency - OHFA congratulates Express Group of Companies as they cut the ribbon on the 180-unit Portland Place Apartments today.

OHFA Board of Trustees chairman Mike Buhl joined members of the housing development staff in the celebration. OHFA provided Multifamily Bonds, Affordable Housing Tax Credits, and National Housing Trust Funds to make development possible.
