Big congratulations to our Brokerage Team Leader, Emily, on completing the six-month LEAP leadership development program through the Mettisse Group!

Over the course of the program, Emily spent time digging into what strong leadership looks like in practice, especially when it comes to communication.

Using DISC assessments with our brokerage team, she learned more about the different communication styles and personalities within the group. For her capstone project, she evaluated how she applied those DISC insights in her own leadership and anonymously shared what she learned from the experience.

Emily also brought a unique perspective to her LEAP cohort. Many of the other participants came from medical, HR, social services, and nonprofit backgrounds, while Emily was navigating the day-to-day realities of leading a commercial real estate sales team. Sales leadership is its own kind of challenge, and her perspective added a different dimension to the group.

We’re proud of the time, effort, and thought Emily put into the program—and even more excited to see how she continues using what she learned to strengthen communication, build collaboration, and support the growth of our brokerage team.
