In about the time it takes to get to Dallas, you're surrounded by nature, charming town squares, and great food. We strolled the square, listened to live music, and had dinner the whole family loved. Coffee at Onyx Coffee Lab lived up to its reputation as one of the best in the world, and my husband found a coffee shop out on the bike trails you can only reach on two wheels or on foot.

Fall in Oklahoma City is almost here, and honestly it is my favorite stretch of the year.

The temps finally drop, Pumpkinville takes over the Myriad Gardens downtown, and every coffee shop from Yukon to Mustang starts rolling out seasonal menus. Plus Friday night football. Plus a fall road trip to Hochatown if I can swing it.

These are the current median sales prices in these Oklahoma City Suburbs.

As a local Oklahoma City, OK real estate agent, I can assure you of the obvious: these are simply a median number. You can find homes on either ends of the spectrum in these areas. In some areas the price has increased slightly and in others, we have seen a slight drop.
