I hear short term rentals in Broken Bow are saturated. Blah blah…tons of markets are saturated and it doesn’t matter due to the fact that strategy and the right systems put you in the game to win. See below from whom I sought coaching from to put myself in game to win as an agent and investor myself:
“❓ Community Q&A
Q: Everyone keeps telling me short-term rentals are saturated and I missed the boat. Is it too late to start?
I hear this every single week. And I get why. There are more Airbnbs than there were five years ago, and the headlines love the word "saturation."
My honest take? "The market is saturated" is what people say when they're scared to start. It's almost never true at the level that matters.
Saturation isn't national. It's hyper-local. There are absolutely markets and property types that are overbuilt. And right next door, there are markets crying out for the RIGHT kind of inventory… the larger homes, the unique stays, the well-run listings that make guests choose you over the tired place down the street.
Look at what Airbnb just reported. Record booking value. Raised guidance. That is not a platform running out of demand.
The hosts who lose aren't the ones who started "too late." They're the ones who bought the wrong property, in the wrong market, with no system. That's not a timing problem. That's a strategy problem, and a strategy problem is fixable.
You didn't miss the boat. You just need to get on the right one.

Oklahoma has a ton of lake markets that are on the rise due to our close proximity to over populated areas. I work them all and plan to keep investing!
