This may be the first year we volunteered at the OK Humane Society without anyone taking an animal home! 🤣

Cleaning litter boxes and dog poo is immediately worth it once we get to have our cuddle time towards the end. 🐶🐱

If you find yourself losing your love for real estate, here are some things that might help you gain your passion back:

Set Expectations Upfront 🤝

If your client understands what to expect and knows your boundaries from the very first consultation, you’ll avoid a lot of awkward conversations and save yourself from working for free when the client walks away due to a misunderstanding.

Learn To Say No ❌

Stop feeling obligated to say yes to every lead that comes your way. If you know that you and this client aren’t a good match for whatever reason, just say no and refer them to someone who may be a better fit. This will save you so much stress and make you more available for the clients you love!

Stop Comparing Yourself 👏

Focus on what growth and success looks like for YOU and work towards achieving those goals. Don’t compare yourself to another Realtor, especially when it comes to their social media.

Focus On Relationships 🫶

This may seem like a no-brainer, but a lot of agents forget what this industry is all about: Serving People. It’s easy to shift your focus to the transaction… but focusing on relationships will keep you fulfilled in a way that no amount of closings can.
