We’re growing and looking to add a Legal Assistant to our team at Rieger Sadler Joyce LLC! This is a full-time in-person position at our OKC office. We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment. Oversee front desk administration, handling incoming communications, scheduling, and office support in a private, appointment-only environment.

Responsibilities may include:

• Client communication

• Scheduling and calendar management

• Drafting and organizing documents

• General administrative support, and manging front desk duties

Preferred qualifications:

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized

• Prior office or legal experience preferred
