Legally Minded: You know about this earnest money provision in the REPC, right? In this episode, Peter goes over an underutilized provision that's been in the REPC for years now (and ps, will pop up in new iterations too). It's currently Section 8.3 B-1, and puts some more skin in the game for buyers when it comes to deadlines and canceling the contract.
