ISL Commercial recently leased a 5,300 sf air conditioned flex/industrial space not too far from Epic Universal Studios between International drive and John Young Pkwy off of Sand lake Rd.

We got to play a little basketball with the tenants when they got the keys (Very rare occasion). 😊The space used to be a basketball camp operated by former NBA player. (He was not there to play unfortunately).

ISL Commercial leased 8,000 sf in Sanford Fl. Grace Feng with In top Realty brought the tenant.
The landlord improved the space while we marketed it. New paint, patched walls, new bathroom. Lease rate was competitive compared to higher prices in the market. Leasing is becoming more competitive nowadays.

We opened an ISL Commercial office in Texas. Michael Voss runs the office and he is amazing.
He sold a new construction flex warehouse for $2.1 million north of Dallas. It was a 1031 Exchange. Congratulations Mike!

Carleton and Jennifer of Healthcare Realty Group, LLC, out of Tampa brought the tenant, who is a Gastroenterology tenant. They are awesome. We have 1 space left of 1,753 sf of medical office available. 8 offices + a reception area. The building is surrounded by Halifax Hospital medical buildings and is almost across the street from the main Hospital building. Available Spaces in this area have significantly reduced near this hospital. The last medical building we sold 1 mile away at 1345 Mason Ave Daytona is now being improved. The medical office rents in this area are increasing and there are no other medical spaces available within .5 miles of this hospital.

ISL Commercial Successfully closed the Eustis warehouse Condo.
There’s still demand for air conditioned warehousing throughout Florida. The price per square foot was high but there is a lack of inventory and will continue to be so in the near future because the price to build is still high compared to the rent/sf prices. It’s also more expensive to build smaller units because you need more firewalls, plumbing, bathrooms, hvac units etc.

Michael Voss recently leased 3467 Sf of retail space in this Walmart Shadow anchored center on Kirkman Road. Congratulations to Michael on getting this one done. The space is configured in a narrow L shape so it was difficult to bring in another national tenant. Michael did a great job on listing this and facilitating this lease!!!
3 million pedestrian visitors per year.
