There’s something extra special about getting to work with a past client again, especially when that client has also become a friend. ❤️

I’ve had the privilege of helping Tracy purchase two investment properties over the years, as well as her current home. So when she decided it was time to sell one of her rentals, I was excited to get to work with her again!

With several townhomes in the community sitting on the market, we knew we needed to make Tracy’s property stand out. We priced it competitively and brought in staging that really showcased the space and helped set it apart from the competition.

Soon we were under contract! We had a couple of bumps along the way, but we worked through them and made it to the closing table!

I’m SO happy for my friend and longtime client to have this chapter wrapped up and be able to move on, and I’m excited for the buyers who now have a great new home!

I first met Emily through her brother Jeremy, after helping Jeremy and his wife, Kristina, purchase their home a few years ago. At the time, Emily and her husband, Min, were still figuring out what their next move might look like, so we stayed in touch over the years.

Fast forward to now, and life looks a little different! Their daughter, Maxine, is growing up fast, they have two cats in the mix, and their longtime College Park home was starting to feel a little tight. They were ready for more space and a home their family could really grow into.

I met Perry and Shannon years ago through our mutual friend, Ted Bogert, and we’ve stayed in touch ever since. Over the years, I’d send them homes and we’d occasionally go take a look, but the timing was never quite right. They were happy where they were renting, loved their location, and really didn’t have a reason to make a move.

Until they did.

When their building was being sold, and they found out about upcoming renovations, they knew it would result in higher rents. Perry and Shannon decided maybe this was their sign to finally start looking a little more seriously.

The challenge? They had a pretty great setup downtown, where everything was close and convenient, and finding a home in a location they loved just as much, with everything they wanted, wasn’t easy, and I would never want them to settle.

We looked. We waited. And then.. there it was!

Three bedrooms, beautifully updated, and, just as importantly, so many of the major components of the home had already been taken care of. It was a home they could move into, enjoy, and not feel like they had a giant list of projects waiting for them.

We moved quickly, got under contract shortly after it hit the market, worked through a few things during inspections, and now, Perry and Shannon are officially HOMEOWNERS!!

And the timing could not have been more perfect. Shortly after we set the closing date, they found out just how much their rent was going to increase. I think the universe was giving them one final little confirmation that they were making the right move!

I couldn’t be happier for these two. Perry and Shannon are truly such wonderful humans, and it has been so special getting to be part of this journey with them after knowing them for so many years.

I first met Meg and Katie through my dear friend (and past client), Lillian, when they made the big move from Brooklyn to Orlando. They started out renting in Lake Nona and quickly realized they had found the lifestyle they were looking for. They loved being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and community events, so when it was time to buy, they knew they wanted to stay close to the neighborhood that already felt like home.

After exploring their options, they fell in love with an ICI Homes Maui floor plan in Laureate Park, and the adventure officially began. From choosing the perfect homesite to the blueprint meeting, design center, and every decision in between, it was such a joy to be part of this journey with them.

One of the best surprises? Their home was finished months ahead of schedule! When you're told to expect an August or September closing and you get the keys in July, that's definitely something to celebrate.
