Both Guy Sanchez and Katherine Figueroa have been in the real estate industry since a very young age while. Guy was born and raised in south Florida and would always accompany his family throughout central Florida in real estate ventures which lead to his knowledge and history of the central Florida real estate and its growing market. Katherine was born and raised in the island of Puerto Rico and
in her many years of real estate she has had real estate interest and ownership in the central Florida region. Guy & Katherine were both members of the real estate commissions regulating real estate professionals protecting the right of consumers and the industry. Guy was appointed by the governor of Florida to serve on the Florida Real Estate Commission and Katherine was appointed by the Governor of Puerto Rico to serve on the Puerto Rico Real Estate Commission. Guy served in many leadership positions inside the local board of Realtors, the state Realtors Association and National Association of Realtors so did Katherine she had the distinctive honor of being the Past President of the Puerto Rico Association of Realtors. Both have received numerous awards, designations and recognitions for their leadership and service from the same boards they have had many years of membership locally, Nationally and internationally in the real estate industry. Guy is a decorated Gulf War Veteran who was recognized by his community and their recognition awarded a city municipal elected position where he was voted as city council member and president of the council among his peers at a very young age. Guy has had real estate experience in residential sales and luxury were he later excelled to hold many managing broker positions with Coldwell Banker. After a long career in sales and management with Coldwell Banker in Florida he took on a position as Executive Business Developer stationed in Puerto Rico to represent the Coldwell Banker brand name throughout all the Caribbean were just about every part in the world including the Caribbean you find a Coldwell Banker real estate brokerage. His relocation to the Caribbean brought both Katherine and Guy together were Katherine was already a long time established, successful real estate broker owner of her own real estate firm in the island of Puerto Rico specializing in residential and luxury sales with the Coldwell Banker brand name. Guy & Katherine came together not just as a real estate team but husband and wife and since then have shared their life together in marriage but in providing professional real estate services and experience to all their current and future clients.
