Thank you Tony for being a joy to work with. I was happy to help Tony & Leslie sell their townhome in Port Orange. When they bought it eight years ago, they just weren't sure how much they would use it for vacations, still working and living full time in PA. But, oh how they & their family loved visiting their little slice of heaven here in FL! And all of a sudden, the 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome with a 1 car garage was just not big enough for all of them. So, the brand new Bigger & Better home was built and the townhome was prepared for sale. We spent several weeks getting small things (and a couple of large things) completed and were absolutely READY when it was time to hit the market. The prep was invaluable and led to a strong and quick contract! Now there are new owners for whom the home is just the right size! And Tony & Leslie have a new slice of heaven they and their family can use even more often and make even more memories! That's the power of REMAX!
