This one was special. ❤️
My buyer came to me as a referral and lived in Pennsylvania — a woman around my age, ready to make a big move to Florida and start an entirely new chapter of her life. And from the beginning, I felt a connection to her story.
Our first offer, on the very first home, fell through. But we kept going.
From hundreds of miles away, we searched together through virtual tours until we found another home that felt right. And then came the challenges… and there were plenty. 😅 We navigated every obstacle one at a time, kept pushing forward, and somewhere along the way, we went from Realtor® and client to friends. ❤️
Then came the moment that made it all worth it.
She packed up her car in Pennsylvania, drove all the way to Florida, and arrived for closing — and to see her new home in person for the very first time! 🥹🏡
Talk about pressure! 😂 But seeing her walk into that home and knowing this was the beginning of her new life here made every stressful moment worth it.
I couldn't be happier or more excited for her as she starts this next chapter. 🌴☀️
This transaction reminded me exactly why I chose real estate. I truly love being of service to others.
