🎉 Today marks 1 year with The Rob Ellerman Team-ReeceNichols, and I am so grateful for this journey! 🏡

Stepping into real estate and working for myself has taken a lot of hard work, dedication, learning, and faith. It has challenged me in many ways, but it has also been incredibly rewarding. I am thankful for every client who has trusted me, every person who has supported me, and every opportunity I have had to grow over this past year. 🤍🔑

❤️A special thank you to my fiancé, Caleb Cline, for encouraging me to take the leap and work for myself. I am so grateful for his support and for the life we are building together. Because of him and this career, I am able to have a work-life balance that allows me to pursue my goals while still making time for the people and moments that matter most.💕

I am excited to see what year two brings and look forward to continuing to help others through their real estate journeys!

Yesterday was such a rewarding day volunteering at Wonderland Camp in Rocky Mount with members of the Lake of the Ozarks Board of REALTORS®. I was grateful to serve alongside two of my fellow team members from The Rob Ellerman Team – ReeceNichols, as well as REALTORS® from across our Lake community.

Wonderland Camp is a truly special place where children, teens, and adults with disabilities are given the opportunity to enjoy camp, build friendships, try new experiences, and simply have fun in an environment designed for them to participate and belong.

We had so much fun spending time with the campers, serving meals, sharing smiles, and helping wherever we were needed. It was also a privilege to lend a hand to the incredible staff who work so hard every day to make these experiences possible.

Days like this are such a meaningful reminder that being part of a community means showing up, giving back, and helping bring joy to others. I am thankful for the opportunity to be a small part of such a wonderful day at Wonderland Camp! 💙

A big congratulations to my sellers on the successful closing of their home! 🏡

Every transaction has its own story, and this one took patience, persistence, and a little extra determination to get across the finish line. I’m so thankful they trusted me through the process, and I’m especially happy that we were able to get them back under contract quickly and help them move forward with a great outcome.

Congratulations to my buyer, Michael, on the closing of his new lake home in Gravois Mills! 🏡

Michael, thank you so much for trusting me to help you through this process. You were such a pleasure to work with, and I truly appreciate the opportunity to be part of this exciting step with you.

A big thank you as well to Gina, the seller’s agent, for being so wonderful to work with. She was kind, easy to talk to, and kept great open communication throughout the transaction, which always makes such a difference.

And a huge shoutout to Jim, our lender, who was absolutely amazing! He was fast, thorough, and worked so hard to get everything put together for us. He drove all the way from St. Charles to Camdenton to attend closing, something you don’t see every day! He took the time to go over documents and make sure both the buyer and seller were aware of what they were signing and understood everything clearly. That kind of care and communication makes such a difference and meant so much!

Giving back to the community is something I truly value and today was a small way to do just that. ❤️

I had the opportunity to donate blood at Climax Springs School, and as an O-negative donor, I’m especially grateful to be able to help in a way that can make a real difference. O- blood is often in high demand because it is the universal red cell donor type, meaning it can be safely given to any patient in need of a blood transfusion, regardless of their blood type. Because O- lacks A, B, and Rh antigens it is rarely attacked by the recipient's immune system, making it crucial for emergencies, trauma care, and newborns.

It’s such a simple act that can save lives.
