From FSBO ➡️ SOLD 🥹🏡

This one started a little differently…

What began as a For Sale By Owner (FSBO) turned into one of my favorite success stories. I was introduced to her through a family member—and if I’m being honest, she wanted nothing to do with an agent at first 😅

I wasn’t the pushy sales agent telling her to “pick me”, I wasn’t blowing up her phone, I didn’t spam her with comps & stats, or all the things the other 200 agents were doing to “win” a listing. Instead, I did the opposite. No constant calls, no overwhelming data, just a simple phone conversation. Understanding her end goal and reasoning behind the FSBO route, but more than anything being a genuine person in her corner that cared about the sale of her home.

I listened, offered guidance, and made it clear I was there as a resource. We hung up, and I left the door open.

A few weeks later… my phone rang.

I’ll never forget what she said:
