He played Division 1 baseball at the University of Arkansas during a season when the program was ranked #1 in the nation, an experience that shaped his discipline, work ethic, and team-first mindset.

With 7 years of real estate experience, Jordan has represented buyers, sellers, luxury clients, and investors across a wide range of transactions. He is also an active real estate investor, with hands-on experience in fix-and-flip projects and long-term rental properties, giving him a strong understanding of value, risk, and long-term strategy from an ownership perspective.

Jordan is known for his clear communication and strategic approach to negotiations, helping clients navigate complex decisions with confidence. He focuses on creating a smooth, organized process from start to finish while protecting his clients’ interests at every stage.

Raised in Ventura and deeply connected to the community, Elliot Lee brings an analytical, business-minded approach to real estate. At 32 years old, he shares life with his wife and channels his drive into building both a career and long-term financial security for his clients and himself.

After earning his four-year degree from San Diego State University, Elliot entered the global produce industry, working for one of the world’s largest avocado distribution companies. There, he sharpened his understanding of large-scale operations, pricing structures, and market timing — while standing out for being exceptionally strong with math and numbers.
