I have lived in Southwest Colorado for over 20 years and love it here. In fact, I loved it so much I purchased the Franchise with my daughter for the entire Durango market. We have since purchased the Pagosa Springs Co Market along with Farmington NM. So yes, we now have an office in each of these locations as well. Prior to my real estate career, I served as Senior Vice President for Principal Financial Group — a large insurance and finance company — where I est ablished their acquisition division and worked nationally running over 400 underwriters, negotiating acquisitions and providing secondary marketing service for Wall Street firms. I moved to Pagosa Springs in 1995 from Los Angeles to enjoy a better quality of life for myself and my family. I am extremely well versed in the development of proposed projects both in Durango and Pagosa Springs. My background in finance services and real estate gives me the perfect blend of skills to best represent my clients' interests. Every year, Vets-4-Vets hosts its Pancake Breakfast at the airport, and one of the most special parts is giving local kids the chance to take to the skies! ✈️

A group of incredible pilots volunteer their time and personal planes to take kids ages 8 and up on a flight, completely free of charge. Many have never flown before, let alone in a 2 to 4-seater plane! They get to see Pagosa Springs from a bird’s-eye view and come back with the biggest grins. These pilots donate their time, aircraft, and even the cost of fuel, which deserves a HUGE thank you!

EXIT Realty Home & Ranch is proud to sponsor this program year after year. We love setting up our tent, handing out goodies, catching up with families we’ve known for years, and meeting new friends along the way.
