It’s usually not one big thing. It’s the combination of pricing, presentation, preparation, and strategy before the home ever hits the market.

This week’s local highlight is The Jacked Up Bean — a Palm Coast coffee shop serving specialty coffee, breakfast, fresh pastries, and plenty of reasons to stay awhile.

Yesterday, my daughter and I had the blessing of volunteering with our Epic Church family during the 3G event ❤️

Together, we prepared goodie bags to show our appreciation for the hardworking deputies at the Flagler County Jail. We also donated and delivered books and bookmarks for the inmates, offering encouragement, hope, and a reminder that they are not forgotten.

It was a meaningful day of serving others and sharing God’s love in a simple but powerful way. I’m especially grateful that my daughter and I could experience it together. Sometimes the smallest acts of kindness can make the greatest difference.
