Not every real estate story is about selling in 3 days or getting 18 offers. Sometimes it’s about making the right move for the bigger picture.

A few years ago, I helped my client purchase this beautiful corner penthouse near Santana Row and Valley Fair. Top-floor location, 10-foot ceilings, abundant natural light, attached garage, and one of the premier units in the community.
