🌴 11 Days Across Florida – Day 3: Flagler Beach & Daytona Beach

We left St. Augustine in the morning and headed south toward Daytona Beach, making a few stops along the way.

Our first stop was Flagler Beach. What I loved most was how relaxed and uncrowded it felt compared to many other Florida beach towns. If you're looking for a quieter beach lifestyle with ocean views and a small-town feel, it's definitely worth a visit.

Next, we stopped at the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. We didn't climb to the top, but we enjoyed walking around and exploring the area. It's definitely worth a stop if you're visiting Daytona Beach.

From there, we continued to Daytona Beach. We spent some time on the beach, enjoyed the water, and then walked over to the famous Daytona Beach Boardwalk.

We stayed at Daytona Grande Oceanfront Resort, which had beautiful ocean views and an amazing infinity pool overlooking the beach. We spent some time relaxing by the pool before getting ready for dinner.

For dinner, we ate at Cucina Italiana. If you're looking for authentic Italian food in the Daytona area, this is a must-stop. We had an early dinner there, and it was one of our favorite meals of the entire trip.

🏡 As a Realtor, Flagler Beach really stood out to me. It has that classic Old Florida feel with a laid-back atmosphere, walkable areas, local restaurants, and miles of beautiful coastline.

I can definitely see why people who love the beach and a slower pace of life choose to call Flagler Beach home.

🌴 11 Days Across Florida – Day 2: St. Augustine

We left Amelia Island in the morning and headed south toward St. Augustine, the oldest city in the United States.

Our first stop was The Kookaburra Coffee. Great coffee, a relaxed atmosphere, and a perfect way to start the day before exploring the city.

Next, we stopped at Vilano Beach and enjoyed the beautiful views. We even got in the water and enjoyed the perfect weather before Mother Nature decided it was time for rain.

Before heading into town, we stopped at La French Bakery for a quick bite. Their croissants were delicious!

One of the highlights of the day was taking the Old Town Trolley. It made it easy to explore different parts of St. Augustine and learn more about the city's history.

We stopped at Castillo de San Marcos, the oldest masonry fort in the continental United States. Walking around the fort and seeing the waterfront views made it easy to imagine what life was like hundreds of years ago.

Another interesting stop was the Old Jail. It was fascinating to learn about its history and see how different things were back then.

We also spent some time walking around St. George Street, which is full of unique shops, restaurants, and historic charm.

That evening, we stayed at St. Augustine Beach House with an ocean view and had dinner at The Ice Plant. The food and atmosphere were both excellent, and I would definitely recommend it if you're visiting the area.

🏡 As a Realtor, what stood out to me about St. Augustine was its character. Between the historic architecture, walkable streets, local businesses, and coastal lifestyle, it offers something very different from many Florida beach communities.

🌴 11 Days Across Florida – Day 1: Amelia Island

Our Florida adventure started with a drive from Panama City Beach to Amelia Island.

First stop: Madison Blue Spring State Park. The water was unbelievably clear and blue—one of the most beautiful springs I've seen in Florida.

We also visited Fort Clinch State Park before arriving in Amelia Island for the evening. Between the beaches, historic downtown, and relaxed coastal atmosphere, it's easy to see why so many people love this area.

We stayed at Seaside Amelia Inn, enjoyed dinner at España Restaurant & Tapas, and ended the day with a walk around the marina at sunset.

🏡 As a Realtor, I always pay attention to lifestyle as much as homes. Amelia Island has a unique mix of small-town charm, beautiful beaches, and coastal living that makes it a place people truly fall in love with.

Back in town after 11 days traveling across Florida.

It feels good to be back! Since returning, I've already had showings, an accepted offer, and a property that just went pending.

I also have a new listing coming soon and an open house this weekend.

Starting tomorrow, I'll be sharing some of the places I visited from Panama City Beach to Key West and what I learned along the way.
