If you're in the market to buy real estate and you can afford the monthly payment, NOW is the time to find the perfect place! Inventory in West TN is up substantially which means much more negotiating for buyers. 𝐁𝐔𝐘 𝐍𝐎𝐖, 𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐈 𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑!

This doesn't necessarily mean prices are falling — in fact, the statewide median sale price was still up 1.3% — but buyers have much more opportunity to compare properties and negotiate.

The selling method of "put it on the market for a large price and see what happens" has came to a halt for the time being. I call this a SERIOUS seller's market.
