May Market Update: Parkland and Coral Springs 🌅

The summer selling season is right around the corner, and May brought plenty of activity across both markets. Here’s a quick look at what happened locally this month.

🏡 Parkland:
Parkland had a strong month, with the average sales price rising to $1,293,178, up about 8% from April. Inventory increased to 150 homes for sale, and new listings climbed to 88, giving buyers more opportunities as we head into summer. Closed sales jumped significantly to 50, while homes continued moving quickly at an average of 48 days on the market. Months of supply dropped to 3.0, showing that buyer demand remains very active.

🌴 Coral Springs:
Coral Springs continued to show solid momentum heading into the busy season. The average sales price came in at $703,736, while inventory tightened to 164 homes for sale. Even with slightly fewer new listings this month, closed sales increased to 82, and homes sold faster with an average of just 44 days on the market. Months of supply dropped again to 2.0, reflecting a competitive market and strong buyer activity.
