Although we've been involved in the design, consulting, and construction management of more than 23 projects in Altadena, this one is different.
This is the first home where we're bringing our entire vision together through the Beyond Wall System.
Since Hurricane Katrina, I've studied resilient construction and asked one question: How do we build homes that are better prepared for the next disaster instead of simply replacing what was lost?
That journey has led us here.
Chris's home represents years of research, lessons learned, and an unwavering commitment to building smarter. Every component has been thoughtfully selected with beauty, durability, and fire resilience in mind.
We can't promise that any home is immune to every disaster. But we can promise this: we're building this home with one goal to help set a new standard for resilient homebuilding in Altadena.
What makes this project even more meaningful is the relationship behind it. When Chris and I first met, we greeted each other with a handshake. As trust grew, those handshakes turned into hugs. That's what happens when a project becomes more than business it becomes family.
