It absolutely can be, but here’s one fall selling detail people rarely think about: buyers may be seeing your home later in the day as daylight gets shorter.

Try your own “evening showing test.” Around the time a buyer might arrive, walk from the street to your front door and look for:

✓ A dark walkway or porch
✓ Hard-to-see house numbers
✓ Burned-out or mismatched exterior bulbs
✓ An entry that looks less inviting after sunset

The market matters, but so does how your home actually shows when buyers arrive.
