🌾 From City Plans to Country Living 🏡

Marie and Troy originally thought they would buy a home in Bloomington/Normal and save for their future country home. Then this beautiful farmhouse came on the market, and everything changed!

With corn and soybean fields surrounding them, plenty of space for their young family, and neighbors a little farther down the road, it was the perfect opportunity to make their country dream happen sooner than expected.

🏡 If I were selling my house right now, I’d focus on making sure buyers could see themselves living there.

I’d take a close look at the little details, declutter, make sure everything feels clean and welcoming, and pay attention to the first impression my home makes. ✨

I’d also want a clear pricing and marketing strategy before putting that “For Sale” sign in the yard. The goal wouldn’t be to simply list my home. It would be to put it in the best possible position to attract the right buyers.
