Bad real estate advice doesn’t sound bad. That’s the problem.

I hear the same handful of myths on repeat — in listing appointments, in DMs, in casual conversations that have nothing to do with real estate. Most people aren’t wrong on purpose. They just repeated something that sounded reasonable and never had a reason to question it.

Some of these are harmless. A few of them have cost sellers real money or pushed their timeline back by months.

I’d rather correct the record now than watch someone find out the expensive way.
