I had the absolute pleasure of helping the sweetest buyer find their place to call home, and this journey was truly a testament to patience, perseverance, and keeping the faith.

My buyer knew exactly what they wanted, and even though it took us a few months to find the right property, they never gave up. Once we found 124 Glen Oaks Road, we knew it was worth fighting for, and this transaction certainly gave us a few opportunities to prove it! 😅

With 20+ appraisal-required repairs, special-order items that took weeks to arrive, unexpected delays, and more than a few curveballs along the way, there were plenty of moments when everyone involved had to come together and find a solution. My buyer remained incredibly patient through it all, and I’m so grateful to listing agent and seller Jim Pensyl with Town & Country Realty for working alongside me every step of the way to get us to the closing table.

And yes… we now know WAY more about finding replacement skylights than we ever expected to. 😂
