Inspection Day‼️

Nothing major came up—just a minor item identified during the inspection that will be addressed as part of my buyer’s requested repairs. This is one of the reasons I make a point to be there. I want to hear the inspector’s findings firsthand, understand what truly needs attention, and make sure we’re asking the seller to address the right things.

Next comes the negotiation. We’ll review the inspection findings with the seller and work toward having the necessary repairs completed, while also discussing an additional seller credit where appropriate. We’ll take it one step at a time, keeping my buyer’s priorities in focus and making sure their interests are represented throughout the process.

Inspection day 🏠
I’m showing up with my client because I want to see firsthand what the inspector finds and have a better understanding of anything that may need to be addressed.

That way, when it’s time to go back to the seller and negotiate repairs and an additional credit, I’m not just going off a report — I’ve been there, I’ve seen it, and I can have a more informed conversation on my client’s behalf.

There’s a lot that happens between “offer accepted” and getting those keys. I’m here for all of it.
