In 2013, Designblendz started in one room with an idea: Clients shouldn’t have to look only at architecture drawings and hope for the best when it’s built. They should be able to walk through their buildings before they exist with clarity.
Thirteen years later, that idea has grown into an integrated practice of architecture, interiors, and visualization specialists who are pushing the boundaries of the profession to align virtual environments and physical site conditions that saves clients time, costly change orders, and unforeseen headaches. Thousands of projects later, it’s time for us to take on one of our own to set up DB for the next chapter. We are moving in Q4 2026 to downtown Philadelphia. ❤️

Recently Phillies designated hitter Kyle Schwarber visited the newly completed renovations and signed autographs for veterans. It is official! Our first completed cannabis dispensary has opened. Thank you so much to our client for having us part of this process. We are beyond excited with the completed project.

The design team was able to meet all cannabis regulations while still providing a sunlit and upscale retail experience. The fishtank was custom designed from the famed discovery channel tv series.

For this year’s event, our team’s idea for the canned goods display is a color TV (with a Wizard of Oz scene to bring the color!) in celebration of the “Creating America: Inventions and Innovations that Shaped American History” theme. Thank you to and Canstruction, Inc. for organizing this event in support of local food banks.
