Passion gives you the spark. Vision gives you direction. Purpose gives it meaning.

Jim closes out the three pieces of identity with purpose🔥 the deeper reason behind what you’re building, who you’re becoming, and why the work matters in the first place.

When you know your purpose, the decisions get clearer.
And the work gets bigger than the work itself🤝

Action is the solution to anxiety👏

This morning’s Monday Mindset, hosted by Skye Michiels was a reminder to stop getting overwhelmed by everything ahead and take a moment to recognize just how far you’ve already come.

You’ve already done hard things. You’ve already made progress. And you’re capable of so much more.

Focus on ONE thing you can do today to keep moving forward.

Small steps. Consistent action. Big results. 🔥

Passion gives you the spark. Vision gives it direction.

This week, Jim dives into the next piece of identity: vision👀

It’s not just about where you want to go, it’s about being able to see the life, business, and future you’re actually building toward.

Because when the vision is clear, the work starts to mean something.

Purpose is up next. 👀

You still get to build it, brick by brick🧱

This morning’s Monday kickoff was a reminder that your business isn’t just about the next closing, the next goal, or the next number.

It’s your cathedral🔥

• What is your business supposed to make possible for your life?
• What did you once want so badly that you now take for granted?
• Which bricks have you been laying without knowing why?

Be grateful for what you’ve built. Stay hungry for what’s still possible. Then keep laying the bricks🏠

How are you building yours?

Your identity is built on three things: passion, vision & purpose.

Jim breaks down what that really means, starting with passion. The thing that drives you, energizes you, and keeps pulling you forward💥

But we’re not stopping there.

Stay tuned as we get into the questions you need to ask yourself to really define your passion, with vision & purpose still to come🔥
