Ok, It's COLD out. You can turn your air conditioner off now!

This home had separate thermostats controlling the heating and cooling. Both were left on. With temperatures in the 20's , the cooling system began icing up despite the hot air flowing through the system. This could have easily caused expensive damage.

Agent Saifur Chowdhery immediately recognized these as Power Ranger "Megazords." These collectibles inspired by the hit Power Rangers TV series can be worth $500 or more.

They don't make them like they used to!

This garbage disposal is still limping along after 43 years. The last three that I bought and installed lasted maybe five years. When it comes to appliances, "new" isn't always "better."
