From wrapping up the school year to getting the keys to her very first home 🏡🍎✨

So beyond excited for my sweet buyer Sam on closing on her very first home in Moon Valley! We negotiated for all of her closing costs to be covered so she mainly just had to focus on her down payment 🙌🏾

She’s already planning all the updates to truly make the home her own and I couldn’t be happier for her 🤍
