Construction continues to move forward at Quarter at Palm Scottsdale, and it's exciting to see this boutique community taking shape.

Recent milestones include completed streets, a fully framed amenity building, finished exterior paint on the model homes, and cabinetry installation now underway. Each step brings us closer to delivering a thoughtfully designed community that reflects the quality and attention to detail we strive for at Curve Development.

We're looking forward to welcoming prospective homeowners in early August as we open our model homes and introduce Quarter at Palm Scottsdale to the market.
