Our new Evergreeners Out in the Field series gives our team a closer look at the projects we help shape, support, and move forward together in the communities we serve. Because when you experience the work up close, the purpose behind it becomes even clearer.
Our latest stop took us to our completed industrial development at 48th Street & Alameda Drive in Tempe, Arizona. Touring the site together gave our team the opportunity to see the finished project firsthand and celebrate the collaboration that made it possible.
The development features two industrial buildings totaling approximately 170,000 square feet, along with a 1.5-acre outdoor storage yard designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s industrial users. With construction now complete, our focus has shifted to leasing Building 1 and marketing Building 2 for sale.
